Cristina’s Weddingstory

I really loved my Diane Legrand’s wedding dress! I chose my wedding dress on a very special day, in fact it was my parents‘ wedding anniversary. They, along with my two bigger sisters and my two best friends, took me to the atelier. Surrounded by tulle and other fabrics of all shades of white, I could not take my eyes off that model that had shades of antique pink and glitter all over the gown. I tried dozens of dresses, but only when I wore my Diane Legrand gown I did feel like a beautiful bride. Everyone agreed that I looked like a princess and we were thrilled! I personally was so looking forward to the day of the wedding so I could see the reaction of who would become my husband. Although I chose my dress in the middle of summer, the wedding took place in winter. To be exact, on December the 31st! We wanted to start the new year as husband and wife, to begin our new adventure as a family. Along with our families and friends we celebrated all night, with dancing and fireworks, but it was very cold that day, because we live in Northern Italy, so we couldn’t take a lot of pictures outside. So, two years later we decided to wear our dresses again. We reached out to our photographer and together did an amazing „Trash the dress“ photoshoot. We went to Lake Tovel and everything was beyond magical. There in the woods we felt like we were living in a fairy tale and every person who saw us complimented me on my beautiful wedding dress and wished us all the best as a couple. These are memories I’ll always carry with me in my heart.
