Terms and Conditions

  1. The giveaway runs from 20.11.2020 – 23.04.2021
  2. The prize is a dress by either “Diane Legrand”, “Lisa Donetti” or “Novabella”.
  3. In order to enter the giveaway, the entrant must follow our Instagram Page (dianelegrandbridal), like and comment the selected giveaway post.
  4. The winner is determined by a raffle.
  5. The winner will be announced and afterwards contacted on our Instagram page on the 23.04.2020
  6. The dress will be sent to them directly.
  7. The winner must report back within 3 months after the announcement.
  8. There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the dress was sent for any reason.
  9. Prior to receiving the dress, the winner must agree to provide the following information to Euro-Mode Donner GmbH: Name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will be held confidentially and not shared with any third parties. Should the winner refuse to provide this information then the prize will not be redeemable and Euro-Mode Donner GmbH has the right to select a new winner or declare the competition void.
  10. Only one entry per person.
  11. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  12. The Director can at his/her discretion declare a giveaway void without providing a reason. The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable.

  1. Das Gewinnspiel findet vom 20.11.2020 bis zum 23.04.2021 statt.
  2. Der Preis ist ein Kleid der Marke “Diane Legrand”, “Lisa Donetti” oder “Novabella”.
  3. Um teilnehmen zu dürfen muss der/die Teilnehmer/in unserer Instagram Seite folgen (dianelegrandbridal) und den ausgewählten Gewinnspiel-Post liken und kommentieren.
  4. Der/die Gewinner/in wird durch eine Auslosung bestimmt.
  5. Der/die Gewinner/in wird am 23.04.2021 auf unserer Instagram Seite, bekanntgegeben und danach kontaktiert.
  6. Das Kleid wird der/dem Gewinner/in zugeschickt.
  7. Der/die Gewinner/in muss sich innerhalb von 3 Monaten zurückmelden.
  8. Nachdem das Kleid verschickt wurde gibt es keine Rückerstattungen oder Umtausche.
  9. Bevor das Kleid verschickt werden kann muss der/die Gewinner/in Euro-Mode Donner GmbH folgende Informationen bereitstellen: Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer und Email Adresse. Diese Informationen werden vertraulich behandelt und mit keinem Dritten geteilt. Sollte der/die Gewinner/in diese Informationen nicht abgeben hat die Euro-Mode Donner GmbH das Recht eine/n neue/n Gewinner/in zu bestimmen.
  10. Jede Person darf nur einmal teilnehmen.
  11. Alle Teilnehmer/innen müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.
  12. Der Geschäftsführer / die Geschäftsführerin kann das Gewinnspiel nach eigenem Ermessen für ungültig erklären ohne einen Grund anzugeben. Die Entscheidung des Geschäftsführers / der Geschäftsführerin ist endgültig und nicht anfechtbar.
