We already have the expected opening date in mind for this September, right in the heart of Mayfair!
This stunning project occupies the historic building of the former American Embassy. Redesigned by Sir David Chipperfield and inspired by Natasha Máximo of the Joseph Dirand Studio, it will feature no fewer than eight culinary venues, high-end boutiques, and exclusive event spaces.
fully aligned with Rosewood’s modern and sophisticated philosophy.
But what we truly want to share with you is this: the grand Ballroom will offer seating capacity for 510 guests for a formal dinner, or up to 789 in cocktail format. Additionally, it includes a range of private salons, ideal for intimate celebrations. Without a doubt, a spectacular venue for one of our beautiful 2026 weddings.
Have you found your dream dress yet? For a wedding at The Chancery Rosewood London, we would choose a gown that reflects the hotel’s timeless elegance, architectural luxury, and modern sophistication. A column silhouette: refined, minimalist, and perfect for a setting where classical architecture is reimagined. It adds height and grace without feeling overdone. The fabric: a silk crepe or lightweight Mikado, offering both structure and fluidity. An architectural neckline: asymmetric, square, or portrait-style with sculptural pleats, a subtle nod to Sir David Chipperfield’s redesign.
We love a touch of understated sparkle, such as covered buttons, crystal embroidery on the back or cuffs, elements that catch the ballroom light without distracting from the gown’s overall elegance. A radiant bride in a place made for beauty.
